【摘要】：目的探討氨基己酸濕敷快速治療難治性滲出性皮膚病患者的有效性和安全性。方法將難治性滲出性皮膚病患者20例隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,每組10例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組用8%氨基己酸生理鹽水濕敷治療患處,對(duì)照組用0.1%依沙吖啶溶液濕敷治療患處。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組滲出停止時(shí)間(3.50±1.58)天,10例均有效;而對(duì)照組10例均無效,二者有效構(gòu)成比用Fisher確切概率法檢驗(yàn)有顯著性差異(P0.001);兩組治療期間均未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論 8%氨基己酸濕敷治療難治性滲出性皮膚病有效而安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of aminohexanoic acid wet compress in the treatment of refractory exudative dermatosis. Methods Twenty patients with refractory exudative dermatosis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 10 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with 8% normal saline amino caproate and the control group with 0.1% ethacridine solution. Results the exudation stopping time was 3.50 鹵1.58 days in the experimental group and 10 cases in the control group were ineffective. There was a significant difference in the effective composition of the two groups compared with the Fisher exact probability test (P 0.001), and no adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion 8% amino-caproic acid wet compress is effective and safe in the treatment of refractory exudative dermatosis.
