【摘要】：目的通過對(duì)輕中度痤瘡患者與正常人面部各生理指標(biāo)的測(cè)定比較,分析其中的差異,探討皮膚生理指標(biāo)的異常與痤瘡發(fā)生發(fā)展的相關(guān)性,為今后對(duì)痤瘡的預(yù)防、控制及治療提供理論基礎(chǔ)。方法選取114例受試對(duì)象,實(shí)驗(yàn)組為痤瘡患者57例,對(duì)照組為正常健康志愿者57例。運(yùn)用無(wú)創(chuàng)性皮膚生理功能檢測(cè)儀,測(cè)量受試者前額、鼻部和臉頰的角質(zhì)層含水量、經(jīng)表皮失水量(TEWL)、皮膚油脂、皮膚表面p H值、皮膚黑色素、皮膚血紅素以及皮膚彈性。另外,對(duì)受試者的眼角只做彈性測(cè)量。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析痤瘡患者與正常人各部位各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組前額、臉頰的角質(zhì)層含水量低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組前額、臉頰的TEWL值高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組前額、鼻部、臉頰的皮膚油脂和血紅素含量高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。另外,實(shí)驗(yàn)組前額、鼻部、臉頰的p H值、黑色素含量、彈性值,鼻部的角質(zhì)層含水量和TEWL值,以及眼角的彈性值與對(duì)照組相比,均差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論痤瘡患者與正常人相比,面部皮膚屏障功能出現(xiàn)損傷,皮脂分泌增多,TEWL和血紅素含量升高,角質(zhì)層含水量降低與痤瘡的發(fā)生發(fā)展存在相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the abnormal skin physiological indexes and the occurrence and development of acne in order to prevent acne in the future by comparing the physiological indexes of the patients with mild and moderate acne and the normal people, and to analyze the differences between the physiological indexes of the skin and the occurrence and development of acne. Control and treatment provide theoretical basis. Methods 114 subjects were selected, 57 acne patients in experimental group and 57 healthy volunteers in control group. Non-invasive skin physiological function tester was used to measure the water content in the cuticle of forehead, nose and cheek, the amount of water loss through the epidermis, the skin grease, the pH value of the skin surface, the melanin, heme and elasticity of the skin. In addition, only elastic measurements were made of the eye corners of the subjects. Statistical analysis of acne patients and normal people in the various parts of the differences. Results the water content of the cuticle of the forehead and cheek of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the TEWL value of the forehead and cheek of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The contents of skin oil and heme in the cheek were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference in pH value, melanin content, elasticity value, water content and TEWL value of cuticle and the elasticity of eye corner between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion compared with normal people, the facial skin barrier function is damaged, sebum secretion is increased and the content of TEWL and heme in acne patients is increased. The decrease of water content in keratinocytes is related to the occurrence and development of acne.
