【摘要】：目的：研究調(diào)查重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院皮膚性病科2011年1月至2013年4月間老年住院病人的患病情況及其病種的構(gòu)成比例。 方法：對重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院在2011年1月至2013年4月間在皮膚性病科住院的老年病人（年齡大于或等于60歲）進行回顧性統(tǒng)計分析，并將其患病情況及病種的分布情況與中年病人（年齡大于或等于45歲，并小于60歲）進行比較。病種分類按照趙辯主編《臨床皮膚病學(xué)》的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。所有數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果均使用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件分析，統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法為配對卡方檢驗，當(dāng)P值＜0.05時，視差異為有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)果：重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院皮膚性病科近3年老年住院病人1094例，，占住院總?cè)藬?shù)的39.85%，男女比例為1.42：1。促使老年患者住院最常見的疾病為帶狀皰疹（21.39%），其次為濕疹（10.69%），非特殊性皮炎（8.32%），銀屑�。�5.03%），接觸性皮炎（4.11%）。其中慢性光化性皮炎、紅皮病、嗜酸性粒細胞增多癥、銀屑病等多見于男性，而女性中以皮肌炎、鱗狀細胞癌、過敏性紫癜、蕁麻疹較多見。與中年患者比較，老年患者發(fā)病率明顯升高的有大皰性類天皰瘡（8.4倍），瘙癢癥（5.0倍），慢性光化性皮炎（5.0倍），帶狀皰疹（1.5倍）。有15.17%的病人合并有兩種皮膚病，其中最多的為變態(tài)反應(yīng)性疾�。�3.11%），其次為真菌感染（2.92%）等。有59.94%病人合并有1種或幾種其他基礎(chǔ)疾病或慢性病，最常見的為高血壓（24.59%），其次為糖尿病（12.98%），除開高血壓的其他心血管疾�。�4.39%），呼吸道疾�。�3.30%）。 結(jié)論：皮膚病在老年患者中并不少見，因年齡性別的不同，導(dǎo)致各種疾病的發(fā)生率也有所不同，其構(gòu)成比及相關(guān)研究結(jié)果與國內(nèi)其他報道部分接近。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of senile inpatients in the Department of Dermatology and venereal Diseases of the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2011 to April 2013. Methods: the elderly patients (age > 60 years old) hospitalized in the Department of Dermatology and venereal Diseases in the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2011 to April 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The prevalence and distribution of the disease were compared with the middle-aged patients (age > 45 years, and less than 60 years old). The classification of diseases was based on the diagnostic criteria of Zhao Ji's chief editor, Clinical Dermatology. All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The statistical method was paired chi-square test. When P < 0. 05, the difference was statistically significant. Results: there were 1094 senile inpatients in the Department of Dermatology and venereal Diseases of the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in the past three years, accounting for 39.85% of the total number of inpatients. The ratio of male to female was 1.42: 1. The most common inpatients were herpes zoster 21.39, eczema 10.69, non-specific dermatitis 8.3232, psoriasis 5.03, contact dermatitis 4.11. Among them, chronic actinic dermatitis, erythroderma, eosinophilia and psoriasis were more common in men, while in women, dermatomyositis, squamous cell carcinoma, allergic purpura and urticaria were more common. Compared with the middle age patients, the incidence of the elderly patients was 8.4 times of bullous pemphigoid, 5.0 times of pruritus, 5.0 times of chronic actinic dermatitis and 1.5 times of herpes zoster. There were two kinds of skin diseases in 15.17% of the patients, the most of which were hypersensitive diseases (3.11%), followed by fungal infections (2.92%) and so on. 59.94% of the patients had one or more other basic diseases or chronic diseases, the most common were hypertension 24.5990%, diabetes 12.98%, other cardiovascular diseases other than hypertension 4.39%, respiratory diseases 3.30%. Conclusion: dermatosis is not uncommon in elderly patients. Because of the difference of age and sex, the incidence of various diseases is also different, and its composition ratio and related research results are similar to other reports in China.
