【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒男,1歲4個月。右上臂伸側紅色斑塊8個月。8個月前,患兒家屬發(fā)現(xiàn)患兒的右上臂出現(xiàn)一個錢幣大不規(guī)則狀紅色斑疹,緩慢增大,部分增厚隆起,無破潰,未見皮膚瘀點及瘀斑,也無明顯不適,輕觸碰皮損時患兒無明顯哭鬧,現(xiàn)斑塊增至約4.0cm×3.0cm大,紅色,稍隆起,周圍伴衛(wèi)星灶�；純合档�1胎,第1產(chǎn),足月順產(chǎn)。出生時未發(fā)現(xiàn)患兒右上臂有皮疹。查體:神清,氣平,心肺聽診未聞及明顯異常。皮膚科情況:右上
[Abstract]:The clinical data were 1 year old and 4 months old. 8 months ago, the family of the child found a large irregular red rash in the right upper arm of the child, which increased slowly, and increased in part, without breaking, without skin stasis and ecchymosis.
