【摘要】：目的:探討中醫(yī)辨證聯(lián)合葡萄糖酸鈣治療孕婦慢性蕁麻疹的療效及安全性。方法:選取該院2012年1月~2013年12月門診就診的孕婦慢性蕁麻疹患者共120例,隨機分為實驗組和對照組,對照組予以葡萄糖酸鈣常規(guī)治療,實驗組在葡萄糖酸鈣的基礎(chǔ)上,加用中醫(yī)辨證治療。對比兩組患者治療前及治療2周后的治療前后各項癥狀、體征評分和總積分,IL-2、IL-4水平和治療2周后的近期療效。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療2周后的各項癥狀、體征評分顯著低于治療前,P0.01;實驗組治療2周后的各項癥狀、體征評分顯著低于對照組,P0.01。兩組患者治療2周后的IL-4水平顯著低于治療前,IL-2水平顯著高于治療前,P0.01;實驗組治療2周后的IL-4水平顯著低于治療前,IL-2水平顯著高于對照組,P0.01。實驗組治療2周后的總有效率顯著高于對照組,χ2=7.884 9,P0.01。兩組患者治療后均無顯著不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)辨證聯(lián)合葡萄糖酸鈣治療孕婦慢性蕁麻疹臨床療效優(yōu)于單用葡萄糖酸鈣且安全、可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the efficacy and safety of TCM combined with calcium gluconate in the treatment of pregnant women with chronic urticaria.Methods: 120 pregnant women with chronic urticaria from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with calcium gluconate, and the experimental group was treated with calcium gluconate.Add treatment with TCM syndrome differentiation.The symptoms, signs and total score of IL-2 / IL-4 before and after 2 weeks treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment (P 0.01), and the scores of symptoms and signs in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01) after 2 weeks of treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment, the level of IL-4 in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.01), and the level of IL-4 in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.01) 2 weeks after treatment.The total effective rate of the experimental group after 2 weeks treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (蠂 2 = 7.8849, P 0.01).There was no significant adverse reaction after treatment in both groups.Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with calcium gluconate in the treatment of pregnant women with chronic urticaria is better than that of calcium gluconate alone.
