【摘要】：正患者女,21歲。主訴:左手腕膚色丘疹21年。現(xiàn)病史:患者出生時左手腕即出現(xiàn)膚色丘疹,約米粒大,中央凹陷,表面略粗糙,呈線狀分布,無明顯自覺癥狀,隨年齡增長,皮損漸累及左手近腕關節(jié)處,于2014年6月10日來我院就診。既往史、個人史及家族史:既往體健,父母非近親結婚,家族成員無類似疾病患者。無食物及藥物過敏史。體格檢查:一般情況好,各系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。
[Abstract]:The patient is 21 years old.Chief complaint: left wrist skin papules 21 years.History: skin papules appeared on the left wrist at birth, with large grains of rice, a central depression, a slightly rough surface, a linear distribution, and no obvious symptoms. With age, the lesions gradually involved the left hand near the wrist.Came to our hospital on June 10, 2014.Past history, personal history and family history: past physical health, parents not related to marriage, family members without similar diseases.No history of food and drug allergy.Physical examination: generally good, no abnormal system examination.
