【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)檢測(cè)麻風(fēng)病患者血清IL-10及外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞(Treg)的水平,分析它們相互間的關(guān)系,探討IL-10及調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞引起麻風(fēng)患者免疫功能異常的機(jī)制。方法:用流式細(xì)胞微球芯片捕獲技術(shù)(CBA)檢測(cè)30例麻風(fēng)患者及25例正常對(duì)照血清IL-10的濃度;用流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)51例麻風(fēng)患者及56例正常對(duì)照外周血Treg細(xì)胞的水平。結(jié)果:麻風(fēng)患者血清IL-10濃度(130.00±54.27)pg/ml比對(duì)照組(15.64±7.11)pg/ml高(P0.05);外周血Treg細(xì)胞水平(17.626±8.1977)%比對(duì)照組(9.998±1.7062)%高(P0.05);麻風(fēng)患者治愈后血清IL-10的濃度與外周血Treg細(xì)胞水平呈正相關(guān)線性關(guān)系(P0.05)。結(jié)論:IL-10及Treg細(xì)胞的調(diào)控失衡可能是引起麻風(fēng)發(fā)病的原因之一。
