【摘要】：目的了解四川省綿陽(yáng)市男男性行為者(MSM)梅毒新發(fā)感染情況及影響因素。方法 2009年6—9月采用同伴推動(dòng)招募法(RDS)在綿陽(yáng)城區(qū)招募調(diào)查符合條件梅毒檢測(cè)陰性的MSM建立開放性前瞻隊(duì)列,每年隨訪1次,連續(xù)3年。隨訪中不足基線調(diào)查樣本部分結(jié)合滾雪球抽查法,依據(jù)納入條件補(bǔ)充調(diào)查對(duì)象。結(jié)果研究期間共納入隊(duì)列583人,隨訪535.5人年,梅毒陽(yáng)轉(zhuǎn)30例,新發(fā)感染率5.6/100人年(95%CI=3.7/100人年~7.6/100人年),近2年明顯下降。多因素分析顯示,婚姻狀況(RR=2.377,95%CI=1.035~5.459)、艾滋病知識(shí)知曉(RR=4.278,95%CI=1.941~9.431),近1年接受過同伴教育(RR=2.281,95%CI=1.081~4.815),近6月診斷過性病(RR=4.743,95%CI=1.829~12.302)是梅毒新發(fā)感染的獨(dú)立影響因素。結(jié)論綿陽(yáng)市MSM人群梅毒新發(fā)感染有所下降,但感染率仍較高,受婚姻狀況、艾滋病知識(shí)知曉、同伴教育和性病感染影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and influencing factors of syphilis in MSMM in Mianyang, Sichuan province.Methods from June to September 2009, Peer driven recruitment (RDS) was used to establish an open prospective cohort of syphilis negative MSM in Mianyang urban area, followed up once a year for 3 consecutive years.In the follow-up, some samples of baseline survey were combined with snowball sampling method to supplement the subjects according to the inclusion conditions.Results A total of 583 people were enrolled in the study period, and 535.5 follow-up years were followed up. 30 cases of syphilis positive turned to positive.
