【摘要】：目的探討尋常型銀屑病患者血液中相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化特點(diǎn)及其在臨床中的意義。方法收集38例通過臨床及組織病理診斷明確的尋常型銀屑病患者,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行疾病嚴(yán)重程度評(píng)分(PASI),及40例健康體檢者血中性粒細(xì)胞/淋巴細(xì)胞比值(NLR)、C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、總膽固醇、甘油三酯、血尿酸值,比較兩組中上述指標(biāo),并采用Pearson相關(guān)性分析PASI評(píng)分與CRP、NLR、血脂、血尿酸間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果尋常型銀屑病患者NLR、總膽固醇、甘油三酯、血尿酸均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。PASI評(píng)分與NLR間呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),CRP與NLR及PASI評(píng)分與CRP間無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。PASI評(píng)分≥7分的患者,其血尿酸水平比7分者更高。結(jié)論 NLR能反映尋常型銀屑病患者病情及系統(tǒng)炎癥狀態(tài),病情越重者血尿酸水平越高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of blood parameters in psoriasis vulgaris and its clinical significance. Methods 38 patients with psoriasis vulgaris diagnosed by clinical and histopathological diagnosis were collected. The serum neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio, total cholesterol, triglyceride and serum uric acid were compared between the two groups, and the serum neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio of 40 healthy controls were compared. The serum neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio was compared between the two groups, and the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and serum uric acid (SA) were compared between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between PASI score, serum lipid, serum uric acid and PASI score in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Serum uric acid was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05U. PASI and NLR).
