【摘要】：目的:考察參附注射液聯(lián)合抗神經(jīng)梅毒對(duì)神經(jīng)梅毒的療效及對(duì)患者外周血淋巴細(xì)胞亞群的影響。方法:收集2010年6月至2014年3月杭州市西溪醫(yī)院收治的確診為神經(jīng)梅毒患者156例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將患者分為2組:對(duì)照組77例和觀察組79例,對(duì)照組給予青霉素G鈉治療,觀察組給予青霉素G鈉+參附注射液治療。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組各指標(biāo)差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。治療后,與對(duì)照組比較,觀察組血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK細(xì)胞顯著升高(P0.05),腦脊液RPR滴度、腦脊液TPPA陽(yáng)性例數(shù)、腦脊液白細(xì)胞數(shù)≥10×106/L例數(shù)和腦脊液蛋白0.45 g/L例數(shù)、MMSE分?jǐn)?shù)顯著降低(P0.05),VFT、DS、Stroop和AVLT分?jǐn)?shù)顯著升高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:神經(jīng)梅毒處于免疫抑制狀態(tài),參附注射液通過(guò)增加CD4+/CD8+和NK細(xì)胞改善神經(jīng)梅毒的細(xì)胞免疫功能。參附注射液輔助治療可增強(qiáng)驅(qū)梅效果。
