【摘要】：目的了解安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民超重肥胖的流行現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為肥胖的預(yù)防控制提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2014年4—10月采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法對(duì)在安徽省沿江地區(qū)抽取的7 183名居民進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和體格檢查。結(jié)果安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民超重率和肥胖率分別為27.8%和6.5%,腹型肥胖率為36.9%;多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,飲酒是安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民超重肥胖的危險(xiǎn)因素,文化程度大專(zhuān)及以上和單身是安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民超重肥胖的保護(hù)因素;年齡≥65歲、女性、居住在農(nóng)村和飲酒是安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民腹型肥胖的危險(xiǎn)因素,文化程度大專(zhuān)及以上和單身是安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民腹型肥胖的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論安徽省沿江地區(qū)居民肥胖率低于腹型肥胖率,年齡、性別、文化程度、婚姻狀況、居住地區(qū)和飲酒情況是該地區(qū)居民超重肥胖和腹型肥胖的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the prevalence of overweight and obesity in the area along the Yangtze River and its influencing factors, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of obesity. Methods The questionnaire and physical examination of 7,183 residents in the Yangtze River area of Anhui province were carried out by stratified cluster random sampling in October,2014. Results The overweight rate and the obesity rate of the residents in the area along the Yangtze River were 27.8% and 6.5%, respectively. The obesity rate of the abdominal type was 36.9%, and the multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the drinking was the risk factor of the overweight and obesity of the residents in the area along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. The degree of cultural degree and above and single are the protection factors of the overweight and obesity of the residents in the area along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province; the age of 65, the female, the living in the rural area and the drinking are the risk factors of the abdominal obesity of the residents in the area along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province, The degree of cultural degree and above and single are the protection factors of the abdominal obesity of the residents in the area along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. Conclusion The obesity rate of the residents in the region along the Yangtze River is lower than that of the abdominal obesity, the age, sex, the degree of culture, the marital status, the living area and the drinking situation are the main influencing factors of the overweight and the abdominal obesity in the region.
