【摘要】：目的針對首發(fā)癥狀僅表現(xiàn)為復視的重癥肌無力(MG)患者,改良原有新斯的明試驗方法,為提高這類患者診斷準確率及減少誤診提供參考。方法收集首發(fā)癥狀表現(xiàn)為復視的MG患者32例,疾病對照組10例,對受試者均進行經(jīng)典新斯的明和改良新斯的明試驗檢測,并對結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 (1)9例MG患者經(jīng)典新斯的明試驗結(jié)果為陽性(28%,9/32),26例MG患者改良新斯的明試驗結(jié)果為陽性(81%,26/32);(2)疾病對照組在兩種試驗中陽性率均為0(0,0/10)。結(jié)論改良新斯的明試驗對以復視為首發(fā)癥狀的MG患者輔助診斷價值較高,輔助診斷MG有一定臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the original neostigmine test method for (MG) patients with myasthenia gravis whose first symptom is only amblyopia, so as to provide reference for improving the diagnostic accuracy and reducing the misdiagnosis of these patients. Methods 32 patients with MG and 10 patients with disease control were collected.
