【摘要】：目的探討信息-動(dòng)機(jī)-行為技巧模型(Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model,IMB模型)在糖尿病前期人群體重控制中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇某社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的超重糖尿病前期患者76例,使用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)健康指導(dǎo),干預(yù)組在此基礎(chǔ)上,輔以IMB模型干預(yù)措施,評(píng)估行為階段、血糖、體重指數(shù)、知識(shí)—態(tài)度變化情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)組患者干預(yù)后各行為階段的變化,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=40.448,P0.001);隨訪3個(gè)月后,2組患者血糖及體重指數(shù)均降低,且干預(yù)組患者空腹血糖、體重指數(shù)下降水平高于對(duì)照組(t=4.963、2.061,P0.05);2組患者知識(shí)與態(tài)度得分均提高,且干預(yù)組患者知識(shí)與態(tài)度得分均高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論基于IMB模型的干預(yù)措施能夠降低患者體重指數(shù),是一種有效的認(rèn)知、行為改變方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of information-motivation-behavior skills model (Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model,IMB model) in weight control of prediabetic population. Methods 76 patients with overweight prediabetes mellitus in a community health service center were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group was given routine health guidance. On this basis, the intervention group was supplemented with IMB model intervention measures.
