【摘要】：目的為全面了解許昌市碘缺乏病防治效果,掌握碘鹽新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施后,8-10歲兒童及孕婦碘營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平,為科學(xué)調(diào)整干預(yù)策略提供依據(jù)。方法在許昌市6個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))按照隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,抽取30個(gè)鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)),120個(gè)行政村,共1 800戶居民家中食鹽樣品,定量檢測(cè)鹽碘含量;隨機(jī)抽取1 567名8-10歲兒童,檢測(cè)尿碘含量,并用觸診法檢查甲狀腺;隨機(jī)抽檢605名孕婦的尿樣,檢測(cè)尿碘含量。結(jié)果共檢測(cè)居民用戶食用鹽樣1 800份,合格碘鹽食用率為91.50%,碘鹽覆蓋率為97.17%;觸診法檢查1 567名8-10歲兒童甲狀腺腫,腫大率為1.08%;共檢測(cè)8-10歲兒童尿樣1 567份,尿碘中位數(shù)為216.7μg/L,男童尿碘中位數(shù)為223.9μg/L,高于女童尿碘中位數(shù)207.3μg/L(Z=3.935,P㩳0.001);檢測(cè)孕婦尿樣605份,尿碘中位數(shù)為174.7μg/L。結(jié)論許昌市碘缺乏病防治各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)達(dá)到全國(guó)消除碘缺乏病標(biāo)準(zhǔn),仍應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮健康教育的作用,達(dá)到持續(xù)消除碘缺乏危害的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the prevention and control effect of iodine deficiency in Xuchang City, and to master the iodine nutrition level of children aged 8-10 and pregnant women after the new standard of iodized salt, and provide the basis for scientific adjustment of the intervention strategy. Methods In 6 counties (cities and districts) of Xuchang City, a sample of salt and iodine was taken from 30 townships (towns) and 120 administrative villages by random sampling, and the content of the salt and iodine was quantitatively detected. A total of 1,567 children aged 8 to 10 years were randomly selected, and the content of the urine iodine was measured. The thyroid was checked by palpation, and the urine samples of 605 pregnant women were randomly selected and the content of urine iodine was detected. The results showed that 1 800 samples of edible salt, 91.50% of qualified iodized salt, 97.17% of iodized salt,1 567 children with 8-10 years of age and 1.08% were examined by palpation, and 1,567 samples of children with 8-10 years of age were detected, and the median of urinary iodine was 216.7. m The median of urinary iodine in boys was 223.9. m u.g/ L, which was higher than that of the girl's urine iodine, which was 207.3. m u.g/ L (Z = 3.935, P? 0.001);605 parts of the urine samples were detected and the median urinary iodine was 174.7. m u.g/ L. Conclusion The prevention and control of iodine deficiency in Xuchang City has reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency, and should give full play to the role of health education and achieve the purpose of continuing to eliminate the harm of iodine deficiency.
