【摘要】：目的:探討老年性哮喘患者在支氣管舒張?jiān)囼?yàn)前后氣道阻力的變化規(guī)律及年齡因素對(duì)氣道阻力變化程度的影響。方法:選取臨床上明確診斷為支氣管哮喘的成人患者共50例,根據(jù)年齡分為兩組,(≥60歲老年組為29例,18~60歲對(duì)照組為21例),在舒張?jiān)囼?yàn)前后分別進(jìn)行最大呼氣流速容積曲線(MEFV)測(cè)定和脈沖震蕩(IOS)肺功能測(cè)定。比較兩組患者各測(cè)定指標(biāo)差異,并對(duì)兩種方法測(cè)量結(jié)果的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:各測(cè)定指標(biāo)在支氣管舒張?jiān)囼?yàn)后較前均獲得明顯改善(P0.05)。研究組與對(duì)照組比較,各組指標(biāo)在舒張?jiān)囼?yàn)前后的改善量均無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。IOS中反映氣道阻力的各指標(biāo)都與FEV1%預(yù)計(jì)值有很好的相關(guān)性,其中以X5%相關(guān)程度最高。結(jié)論:老年性哮喘患者在舒張?jiān)囼?yàn)后氣道阻力明顯改善。IOS在測(cè)定老年性哮喘氣道阻力中具有重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
