【摘要】：目的通過(guò)高精度、大樣本量的床旁血糖監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,評(píng)價(jià)住院糖尿病患者血糖的變化趨勢(shì)。方法基于Nova信息化血糖管理系統(tǒng),采用Population、Patient-day和Patient 3種模型分析住院糖尿病患者的血糖分布、高血糖、低血糖情況。結(jié)果 Population模型中,住院糖尿病患者理想血糖達(dá)標(biāo)率僅25.0%,高血糖達(dá)27.7%,住院治療后高血糖發(fā)生率由41.0%降至15.8%。Patient模型中,23.5%的糖尿病患者在住院期間發(fā)生低血糖,嚴(yán)重低血糖者占4.4%。Patient-day模型中低血糖及嚴(yán)重低血糖發(fā)生率分別為4.2%和0.6%。僅1.5%的患者發(fā)生低血糖≥4d,3.2%的患者發(fā)生低血糖≥4次。午餐前低血糖發(fā)生率為19.18%(Patient模型),夜間低血糖發(fā)生率為1.45%(Patient模型)。結(jié)論住院糖尿病患者理想血糖占比低,高血糖占比高,經(jīng)治療后高血糖占比下降。低血糖事件以一過(guò)性居多,部分患者出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重低血糖,午餐前和夜間低血糖高發(fā)。夜間血糖監(jiān)測(cè)密度最低,但低血糖事件發(fā)生頻率最高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the trend of blood glucose changes in inpatients with diabetes mellitus by analyzing the data of high precision and large sample size monitoring of bedside blood glucose. Methods based on Nova information-based blood glucose management system, Population,Patient-day and Patient models were used to analyze the blood glucose distribution, hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia of inpatients with diabetes mellitus. Results in the model of Population, the ideal rate of blood glucose was only 25.0% and the rate of hyperglycemia was 27.7%. The incidence of hyperglycemia was decreased from 41.0% to 15.8%.Patient model. 23.5% of diabetic patients developed hypoglycemia during hospitalization. The incidence of hypoglycemia and severe hypoglycemia in 4.4%.Patient-day model were 4.2% and 0.6%, respectively. Only 1.5% patients developed hypoglycemia 鈮，
