結合珠蛋白基因多態(tài)性與糖尿病血管并發(fā)癥的研究進展

【摘要】:結合珠蛋白(Hp)又稱血紅素結合蛋白、觸珠蛋白,是肝臟合成的一種急性時相反應蛋白。Hp可以與游離血紅蛋白(Hb)結合形成Hp-Hb復合物,通過巨噬細胞清道夫受體CD163介導的內吞作用進行降解,從而阻斷血紅蛋白誘導的氧化損傷。人類Hp有Hp1-1、Hp2-1、Hp2-2共3種基因型。研究顯示,不同Hp基因型對糖尿病患者血管并發(fā)癥的影響不盡相同。本文就Hp基因多態(tài)性與糖尿病血管并發(fā)癥的相關研究作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Globin (Hp), also known as heme binding protein, is an acute phase reactive protein synthesized by the liver. Hp binds to free hemoglobin (Hb) to form Hp-Hb complex. The degradation of macrophage scavenger receptor CD163 mediated endocytosis was used to block the oxidative damage induced by hemoglobin. Human Hp has three genotypes of Hp1-1,Hp2-1,Hp2-2. Studies have shown that different Hp genotypes have different effects on vascular complications in diabetic patients. This article reviews the relationship between Hp gene polymorphism and diabetic vascular complications.
