【摘要】：正社區(qū)干預試驗:是選擇不同的受試社區(qū)(或比社區(qū)小的群體)分組,分別對其施以不同的干預措施,目的在于評價某項干預措施效果或驗證病因假設。即社區(qū)干預試驗是以社區(qū)為單位分配研究人員到試驗組或對照組,設計的是社區(qū)范圍基礎上的干預。如學校等進行碘鹽的干預、某一地區(qū)自來水加氟等干預。社區(qū)干預效果的主要評價指標包括:(1)人群KAP改變,即認知、態(tài)度、行為的改變;(2)行為危險因素的變化,如控煙、控酒、合理膳
[Abstract]:Positive community intervention trial: different groups of tested communities (or smaller than the community) were selected and treated with different intervention measures in order to evaluate the effect of a certain intervention or to verify the etiological hypothesis. Community intervention experiment is to assign researchers to the experimental group or control group based on community, and design the intervention based on community scope. Such as the intervention of iodized salt in schools and fluorine in tap water in a certain area. The main evaluation indicators of community intervention include: (1) changes in KAP, i.e. changes in cognition, attitude and behavior; (2) changes in behavioral risk factors, such as tobacco control, alcohol control, and reasonable meals
