【摘要】：目的:探討自擬護(hù)肝方治療甲亢性肝損傷及對(duì)患者肝功能與甲狀腺功能的影響。方法:選取醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科收治的130例甲亢性肝損傷患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為兩組,各65例。對(duì)照組:給予口服甲巰咪唑片及多烯磷脂酰膽堿膠囊治療。觀察組:在口服甲巰咪唑片及多烯磷脂酰膽堿膠囊治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用自擬護(hù)肝方治療。分別檢測(cè)肝功能、甲狀腺激素及相關(guān)抗體、臨床癥狀積分、甲狀腺腫分級(jí)。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率89.23%高于對(duì)照組總有效率70.77%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。治療后,觀察組患者血清ALT、AST、TBIL、ALP水平下降程度高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。治療后,兩組患者血清FT3、FT4、TGAb、TPOAb水平均顯著降低,TSH水平顯著升高(P0.01);且觀察組改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。治療后,觀察組患者煩躁、心悸、多汗、震顫和多食癥狀積分均低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。治療后,觀察組甲狀腺腫分級(jí)正常率24.62%高于對(duì)照組甲狀腺腫分級(jí)正常率10.77%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自擬護(hù)肝方治療甲亢性肝損傷可有效改善患者的肝功能和甲狀腺功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of self-made recipe for protecting liver on hyperthyroidism liver injury and its effect on liver function and thyroid function in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods: 130 patients with hyperthyroidism liver injury were randomly divided into two groups, 65 cases each. Control group: oral methimazole tablets and polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules were given. Observation group: on the basis of oral methimazole tablet and polyenylphosphatidylcholine capsule, self-made Hugan recipe was added. Liver function, thyroid hormone and related antibodies, clinical symptom score and goiter grade were detected. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.23% higher than that of the control group (70.77%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). After treatment, the level of serum ALT,AST,TBIL,ALP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.01). After treatment, the serum FT3,FT4,TGAb,TPOAb level was significantly decreased and the TSH level was significantly increased in both groups (P0.01), and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.01). After treatment, the scores of dysphoria, palpitation, sweating, tremor and eating symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.01). After treatment, the normal rate of goiter grading in the observation group was 24.62% higher than that in the control group (10.77%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of hyperthyroidism liver injury by self-prescription can improve the liver function and thyroid function of the patients.
