甲狀旁腺素的生物學(xué)研究與成骨作用

【摘要】:甲狀旁腺素(PTH)是由甲狀旁腺主細(xì)胞合成分泌的、含有84個(gè)氨基酸的堿性單鏈多肽,是調(diào)節(jié)血鈣、磷水平的主要激素之一,可促使血鈣水平升高,血磷水平下降。PTH可精細(xì)調(diào)節(jié)骨的合成、分解代謝,對(duì)成骨細(xì)胞和破骨細(xì)胞的分化、成熟、凋亡發(fā)揮重要作用。本文綜述了PTH的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)、生理作用、生物學(xué)研究成果及PTH的臨床應(yīng)用。PTH對(duì)Ⅰ型骨質(zhì)疏松(絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松癥)、Ⅱ型骨質(zhì)疏松(老年骨質(zhì)疏松癥)、雌激素缺乏的年輕婦女及糖皮質(zhì)激素所致的骨質(zhì)疏松癥均有治療作用,能顯著升高骨密度,并能降低患者骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折發(fā)生率,加速骨折愈合。甲狀旁腺素在臨床骨質(zhì)疏松治療、骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折的治療中都具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is synthesized and secreted by parathyroid gland main cells. It contains 84 amino acids, and is one of the main hormones regulating serum calcium and phosphorus levels. PTH can fine regulate bone synthesis, catabolism and play an important role in differentiation, maturation and apoptosis of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
