【摘要】：糖尿病引發(fā)的認(rèn)知功能障礙由于其臨床表現(xiàn)多樣且無特異性常被臨床忽視,目前尚無診斷的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),容易引起漏診、誤診。認(rèn)識(shí)并加強(qiáng)糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙的相關(guān)研究,對(duì)改善糖尿病患者的生活質(zhì)量有重要意義。糖尿病與認(rèn)知功能障礙關(guān)系密切且機(jī)制復(fù)雜。糖尿病伴認(rèn)知功能障礙患者學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力下降,理解判斷等能力受影響,嚴(yán)重者生活不能自理影響其生活質(zhì)量;認(rèn)知功能障礙可使糖尿病患者治療的依從性變差,容易發(fā)生嚴(yán)重低血糖、高血糖等糖尿病急性并發(fā)癥,而嚴(yán)重低血糖又可加劇認(rèn)知功能障礙,兩者互相影響形成惡性循環(huán)。選擇合適的神經(jīng)心理學(xué)評(píng)估工具早期篩查非常重要。對(duì)于糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙,"防"重于"治"。對(duì)糖尿病患者進(jìn)行有效的綜合管理可能有助于預(yù)防認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生和進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:The cognitive dysfunction caused by diabetes mellitus is often ignored because of its various clinical manifestations and no specificity. There is no diagnostic standard at present, which can easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Understanding and strengthening the related research of diabetes cognitive dysfunction is of great significance to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients. Diabetes mellitus is closely related to cognitive dysfunction and complex mechanism. The ability of learning and memory was decreased, the ability of understanding and judgment was affected by diabetes mellitus patients with cognitive dysfunction, and the quality of life was affected by the fact that the serious patients could not take care of themselves. Cognitive dysfunction can make diabetic patients' compliance become worse, and they are prone to severe hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia and other acute complications of diabetes mellitus, while severe hypoglycemia can aggravate cognitive dysfunction, and the two influence each other to form a vicious circle. It is important to select appropriate neuropsychological assessment tools for early screening. For diabetes cognitive impairment, prevention is more important than cure. Effective comprehensive management of diabetes may help prevent the occurrence and progression of cognitive impairment.
