【摘要】：目的:觀察帕夫林聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹片治療干燥綜合征氣陰兩虛型患者60例的臨床療效。材料與方法:選擇60例符合干燥綜合征氣陰兩虛型診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組30例和對(duì)照組30例。治療組采用硫酸羥氯喹片聯(lián)合帕夫林治療。對(duì)照組僅使用硫酸羥氯喹片進(jìn)行治療。實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)以30天為一個(gè)療程,觀察六個(gè)療程后,臨床有效率,緩解口干、眼干癥狀積分,飲水量和血沉的變化作為評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)兩組患者的臨床病例數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,進(jìn)而分析帕夫林聯(lián)合辨證論治對(duì)干燥綜合征治療的臨床療效及優(yōu)勢(shì)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:1.觀察六個(gè)療程后治療組與對(duì)照組的療效。治療組總有效率93.3%;對(duì)照組總有效率86.7%。組間比較存在顯著差異(P0.05),表示治療組的療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.治療組與對(duì)照組經(jīng)過(guò)六個(gè)療程治療后,組間比較口干、眼干、飲水量、血沉各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)比較有極顯著差異(P0.01),說(shuō)明治療組的總體療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。此外,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)組內(nèi)比較,也有顯著差異(P0.05),說(shuō)明治療組與對(duì)照組的患者病情均有不同程度改善。結(jié)論:1.帕夫林聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹片法治療干燥綜合征氣陰兩虛型獲得了較好的療效,比單純應(yīng)用硫酸羥氯喹片療效好。2.白芍總苷膠囊(帕夫林)為新型免疫調(diào)節(jié)藥,起到了調(diào)理臟腑氣血,提高人體免疫力的作用。能緩解患者的癥狀和體征,配合慢作用抗風(fēng)濕藥治療可以提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Pavlin combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in treating 60 cases of Sjogren syndrome with deficiency of qi and yin. Materials and methods: sixty patients with Sjogren syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with Pavlin. The control group was treated only with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets. The experimental design took 30 days as a course of treatment, observed six courses of treatment, the clinical effective rate, relief of dry mouth, dry eye symptom score, drinking water and erythrocyte sedimentation rate as the evaluation criteria, the two groups of patients' clinical case data were statistically analyzed. Furthermore, the clinical curative effect and advantages of Paflin combined with syndrome differentiation in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome were analyzed. The result is 1: 1. To observe the curative effect of treatment group and control group after six courses of treatment. The total effective rate was 93. 3% in the treatment group and 86. 7% in the control group. There was significant difference between groups (P0.05), indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. 2. After six courses of treatment, there were significant differences in dry mouth, dry eyes, drinking water and ESR between the treatment group and the control group (P0.01), which indicated that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. In addition, there were significant differences in each index group (P0.05), indicating that the patients in the treatment group and the control group improved in varying degrees. Conclusion: 1. Paflin combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate was better than hydroxychloroquine sulfate in treating Sjogren syndrome with deficiency of qi and yin. 2. Total glucoside of paeony (Pavlin) is a new immunomodulatory drug, which can regulate viscera qi and blood and improve immunity of human body. Can alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients, combined with slow effect of anti-rheumatism drugs can improve the efficacy.
