面向糖尿病患者的健康信息服務(wù)模式構(gòu)建與策略分析

【摘要】:文章首先從自我學(xué)習需求、健康信息咨詢需求、情感支持需求、技術(shù)進步推動等4個方面對糖尿病患者的健康信息需求進行分析。然后,從滿足糖尿病患者信息需求的角度出發(fā),對健康信息服務(wù)的服務(wù)提供方、用戶、服務(wù)內(nèi)容和服務(wù)渠道4個要素進行闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建面向糖尿病患者的健康信息服務(wù)模式。最后,提出利用傳統(tǒng)媒介開展健康教育和健康指導(dǎo)、開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)推送服務(wù)、構(gòu)建面向患者的交互式信息服務(wù)平臺、服務(wù)效果跟蹤與評估機制建設(shè)等服務(wù)策略。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the health information needs of diabetic patients from the following four aspects: self-learning needs, health information consultation needs, emotional support needs, and technological advances. Then, from the point of view of meeting the information needs of diabetic patients, this paper expounds four factors of health information service: service provider, user, service content and service channel. On this basis, the model of health information service for diabetic patients was constructed. Finally, the paper puts forward some service strategies such as health education and health guidance through traditional media, network push service, interactive information service platform for patients, service effect tracking and evaluation mechanism.
