【摘要】：目的了解不同級(jí)別、不同科室的臨床醫(yī)師對(duì)痛風(fēng)的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀。方法采取現(xiàn)場(chǎng)填寫(xiě)問(wèn)卷的方法,調(diào)查不同醫(yī)院、不同科室臨床醫(yī)師對(duì)痛風(fēng)的危害和防治等方面的認(rèn)知情況,分析其形成原因。結(jié)果 402名臨床醫(yī)師中,知道根據(jù)關(guān)節(jié)炎特點(diǎn)診斷痛風(fēng)的占16.9%,誤認(rèn)為根據(jù)尿酸水平診斷痛風(fēng)的占83.1%;誤認(rèn)為痛風(fēng)發(fā)作時(shí)血尿酸水平一定會(huì)升高的占49.0%,僅10.0%的臨床醫(yī)師知道間歇期血尿酸升高;誤認(rèn)為急性發(fā)作時(shí)要用降尿酸藥的占78.1%。在對(duì)痛風(fēng)飲食的認(rèn)知中,知道不宜飲酒的占82.1%,知道不宜食用肉湯的占52.7%,知道不宜食用豬肝的占20.1%。在對(duì)痛風(fēng)危害的認(rèn)知中,知道可引起腎損害的占84.8%,知道可并發(fā)高血壓的占48.0%,知道可并發(fā)糖尿病的占37.6%。結(jié)論臨床醫(yī)師對(duì)痛風(fēng)的認(rèn)識(shí)存在許多誤區(qū),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)臨床醫(yī)師的培訓(xùn),糾正其對(duì)痛風(fēng)的錯(cuò)誤認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition of gout among clinicians of different grades and departments. Methods by filling out the questionnaire on the spot, the authors investigated the cognition of the harm and prevention of gout among the clinicians in different hospitals and departments, and analyzed the causes of its formation. Results among 402 clinicians, Only 10.0% of clinicians knew that gout was diagnosed according to the characteristics of arthritis in 16.9 cases, 83.1% in patients with gout according to uric acid level, only 10.0% of clinicians knew that uric acid level in patients with gout would increase during intermittent period. Those who mistakenly thought that antiuric acid should be used during acute attack accounted for 78. 1%. In the cognition of gout diet, 82.1% knew that it was not suitable for drinking, 52.7% knew that broth was not suitable for consumption, and 20.1% knew that it was not suitable for eating pig liver. In the cognition of the harm of gout, 84.8% of them know that they can cause kidney damage, 48.0% know that they can be complicated with hypertension, 37.6% know that they can be complicated with diabetes. Conclusion there are many misunderstandings in the understanding of gout by clinicians, so we should strengthen the training of clinicians and correct their misunderstandings of gout.
