雌激素調(diào)節(jié)骨代謝作用的研究進(jìn)展
[Abstract]:Estrogen, as an important endogenous steroid hormone, has a wide range of biological activities, it can be combined with estrogen receptor, the reproductive system, the central nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the immune system, Islet function and bone metabolism are affected. Estrogen deficiency is the main cause of postmenopausal osteoporosis. This conclusion has been confirmed and recognized by many researchers, so estrogen has become the main treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. The origin of estrogen, the classification and distribution of estrogen receptor, the relationship between estrogen and osteoporosis, the mechanism of estrogen affecting bone metabolism and the clinical application of estrogen in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis were summarized. Estrogen inhibits the reabsorption of osteoclasts through direct and indirect effects, and concludes that estrogen increases the formation of osteoblasts by reducing cell apoptosis, reducing oxidative stress and decreasing the activity of NF-k B. The effects and mechanisms of estrogen on bone metabolism in recent years were summarized from three aspects: estrogen interfered with the process of bone reconstruction and reabsorption and then affected the whole metabolism of bone cells. In order to provide a more systematic theoretical basis for the basic experimental study and clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
