【摘要】：激素替代治療(HRT)中孕激素對(duì)心血管系統(tǒng)疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的影響越來(lái)越引起人們的關(guān)注,其中血脂異常作為心血管疾病的一個(gè)顯著的危險(xiǎn)因素是最常見的一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。圍絕經(jīng)期女性補(bǔ)充雌激素對(duì)血脂代謝成分是有利的,但雌激素中孕激素的添加對(duì)血脂代謝的影響卻結(jié)果不一。目前關(guān)于HRT中不同孕激素對(duì)血脂代謝的研究較少。該文就HRT中不同孕激素對(duì)血脂代謝影響的研究進(jìn)展予以綜述。
[Abstract]:The effect of progesterone on cardiovascular disease risk factors in (HRT) has attracted more and more attention, among which dyslipidemia is the most common risk factor as a significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Estrogen supplementation was beneficial to lipid metabolism in menopausal women, but the effect of progesterone on lipid metabolism was different. At present, there are few studies on the metabolism of blood lipid by different progesterone in HRT. This article reviews the effects of different progesterone on lipid metabolism in HRT.
