【摘要】：規(guī)范糖尿病腎臟病的評(píng)估及處理對(duì)延緩糖尿病腎臟病的進(jìn)展、改善患者生存質(zhì)量具有重要意義。2007年和2012年美國腎臟病基金會(huì)(NKF)所屬"腎臟病預(yù)后質(zhì)量倡議"(KDOQI)工作組、2012年國際腎臟病組織"腎臟病:改善全球預(yù)后"(KDIGO)、美國糖尿病學(xué)會(huì)(ADA)以及2014年中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)糖尿病學(xué)分會(huì)(CDS)和內(nèi)分泌病學(xué)分會(huì)(CSE)先后就糖尿病合并慢性腎臟病(CKD)及DKD的診斷和治療制定了相關(guān)的臨床指南和專家共識(shí)。文章就相關(guān)診斷及處理要點(diǎn)做一解讀。
[Abstract]:Standardizing the evaluation and management of diabetic kidney disease can delay the progress of diabetic kidney disease. Improving the quality of life of patients is important. In 2007 and 2012, the Kidney Disease prognosis quality Initiative (KDOQI) working Group of the American Nephrology Foundation (NKF), International Nephrology Organization, Kidney Disease: improving the Global prognosis (KDIGO), Diabetes in the United States The Association of Diabetes (ADA) and the Society of Diabetes (CDS) and Endocrinology (CSE) of the Chinese Medical Association in 2014 have developed clinical guidelines and expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and DKD respectively. This article makes an interpretation of the relevant diagnosis and treatment.
