【摘要】：正臨床資料患者,女,70歲,因"劍突下脹痛2個(gè)月"于2016年9月10日入我院消化內(nèi)科�；颊�2個(gè)月前無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)劍突下脹痛,無(wú)惡心、嘔吐,無(wú)腹瀉、便秘等不適;病程中精神、食欲一般,睡眠較差,大小便未見異常,體力稍下降,體重?zé)o明顯減輕。既往有高血壓病史6年,測(cè)最高血壓
[Abstract]:The patient, 70 years old, was admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology on September 10, 2016.
