【摘要】：正痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎是由尿酸鹽沉積在患者關(guān)節(jié)囊、軟骨、骨質(zhì)以及其他組織中所引發(fā)的病損及炎癥[1]。該病具有一定遺傳因素,多見于40歲以上男性患者,好發(fā)于第一跖趾關(guān)節(jié),也可發(fā)生于其他較大關(guān)節(jié),以踝部及足部關(guān)節(jié)較多見。目前臨床治療該病尚無特效方法,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療具有一定臨床優(yōu)勢,且應(yīng)用較為廣泛。北京市房山區(qū)良鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)院風(fēng)濕免疫科2015年3月-2017年3月收治98例肝腎陰虛型痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,采用滋陰健腎方聯(lián)合西醫(yī)進行
[Abstract]:Positive gouty arthritis is a lesion and inflammation caused by the deposition of uric acid in the articular capsule, cartilage, bone, and other tissues of a patient [1]. The disease has certain genetic factors and is more common in male patients over 40 years of age. It is more common in the first metatarsophalangeal joint and other larger joints, especially in the ankle and foot joints. At present, there are no special methods for the treatment of this disease, and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has some clinical advantages and is widely used. From March 2015 to March 2017, Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Liangshan District Liangxiang Hospital, Beijing, admitted 98 patients with gouty arthritis of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.
