【摘要】：目的評(píng)估慢性睡眠剝奪和大鼠血糖穩(wěn)態(tài)之間的關(guān)系。方法將24只大鼠隨機(jī)分為慢性睡眠剝奪(CSD)組和對(duì)照組,CSD組采用改良水平臺(tái)法(MMPM)建立慢性睡眠障礙模型,干預(yù)3個(gè)月后接受糖耐量試驗(yàn)(IPGTT)和胰島素耐量試驗(yàn)(ITT),并檢測(cè)體重、天冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、肌酐、血脂和胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)。結(jié)果干預(yù)后3個(gè)月,兩組增重衰減,CSD組血糖水平顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。CSD組較對(duì)照組胰島素抵抗指數(shù)和胰島素耐受顯著增加(P0.01)。兩組AST、ALT、肌酐和大部分血脂參數(shù)沒(méi)有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論慢性睡眠剝奪對(duì)大鼠葡萄糖穩(wěn)態(tài)如葡萄糖耐受不良和胰島素抵抗有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between chronic sleep deprivation and blood glucose homeostasis in rats. Methods Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into two groups: chronic sleep deprivation group (CSD) group and control group (control group). The model of chronic sleep disorder was established by modified level platform (MMPM). After 3 months of intervention, the rats were treated with glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin tolerance test (ITT), and their body weight was measured. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (alt), creatinine, serum lipids and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IRN). Results three months after intervention, the blood glucose level in CSD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01). The insulin resistance index and insulin resistance in CSD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in alt, creatinine and most blood lipid parameters between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion chronic sleep deprivation has a significant effect on glucose homeostasis such as glucose intolerance and insulin resistance in rats.
