【摘要】：目的了解廣州市在校學(xué)生男男性行為者(MSM)艾滋病相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)行為的特征。方法于2014年3-8月,在廣州市知名的同志網(wǎng)站招募668名學(xué)生MSM,調(diào)查其人口學(xué)特征、艾滋病相關(guān)知識、HIV抗體檢測史、毒品及物質(zhì)濫用史、性病感染史、近3個(gè)月性行為特征等。結(jié)果 668名學(xué)生MSM中,35.0%(234-人)既往性伴主要是社會(huì)人員,48.2%(322人)既有社會(huì)人員又有學(xué)生。最近3個(gè)月,68.1%(455人)與男性發(fā)生過肛交性行為,其中29.3%(196人)發(fā)生過無保護(hù)肛交性行為;28.6%(191人)與多個(gè)性伴(≥2個(gè))發(fā)生過肛交性行為,性伴數(shù)最多為18個(gè);7.9%(53人)發(fā)生過"群交"性行為;19.8%(132人)使用過Rush、零號膠囊或偉哥等物質(zhì)。9.1%(61人)自報(bào)曾感染過性病。結(jié)論廣州市學(xué)生MSM無保護(hù)肛交、多性伴、"群交"等艾滋病相關(guān)高危行為普遍存在,物質(zhì)濫用情況較為嚴(yán)重,性伴網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)化特征明顯,亟須在目標(biāo)人群中加強(qiáng)艾滋病相關(guān)高危行為的警示性教育,以遏制艾滋病疫情的進(jìn)一步蔓延。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of AIDS-related risk behaviors of MSM among students in Guangzhou. Methods from March to August 2014, 668 MSMs were recruited from well-known gay websites in Guangzhou to investigate their demographic characteristics, HIV antibody testing history, drug and substance abuse history, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) history, and sexual behavior characteristics in the past 3 months.
