【摘要】：正又是一年畢業(yè)季。這一季,溢于言表的是滿懷收獲的幸福與喜悅,揮之不去的是內(nèi)心隱隱的不舍與眷戀。醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生是普通的畢業(yè)生,又不是普通的畢業(yè)生。醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生是我國未來基層衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的主力軍,畢業(yè)不僅使每一位醫(yī)學(xué)生翻開了人生篇章新的扉頁,更加冕了"健康所系,性命相托"的神圣責(zé)任。大量調(diào)查顯示,畢業(yè)生不愿意到基層衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)就業(yè),大多數(shù)畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)觀
