【摘要】：目的：研究發(fā)酵乳酸菌對(duì)高脂血癥大鼠生殖器官形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。方法：將SD大鼠(雌雄各半)隨機(jī)分為空白組、高脂組、預(yù)防1組、預(yù)防2組、預(yù)防3組。高脂組為310只大鼠,其余組均為64只大鼠�？瞻捉M給予普通飼料,高脂組和預(yù)防1、2、3組給予高脂飼料,預(yù)防1、2、3組同時(shí)灌胃發(fā)酵乳酸菌。兩周后,各組挑選16只大鼠,禁食12h,采血并處死。測(cè)得高脂組血清HDL-C明顯降低,與空白組比較差異顯著(p0.05); CHO、LDL-C明顯升高,與空白組比較差異極顯著(p0.01),說(shuō)明造模成功。造模成功后將高脂組的大鼠隨機(jī)分為高脂組、藥物組、普食組、和治療1、2、3組。空白組和普食組給予基礎(chǔ)飼料,其他組均給高脂飼料,同時(shí)治療1組灌胃發(fā)酵乳酸菌(菌種1),治療2組灌胃發(fā)酵乳酸菌(菌種2),治療3組灌胃菌種1和2的等量混合菌,藥物組灌喂降脂藥物辛伐他丁。一個(gè)周期為30d,共3個(gè)周期。每周期各組隨機(jī)取16只大鼠(雌雄各半)處死,觀察各組大鼠子宮、卵巢、睪丸和附睪的組織變化及測(cè)定相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：本實(shí)驗(yàn)成功建立了SD大鼠高脂血癥模型。高脂組子宮內(nèi)膜持續(xù)增厚,卵巢初級(jí)卵泡、次級(jí)卵泡、成熟卵泡和黃體明顯減少。普食組、預(yù)防1組、藥物組大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜增厚速度比高脂組緩慢。普食組、預(yù)防1組、治療1組、藥物組大鼠卵巢初級(jí)卵泡、次級(jí)卵泡、成熟卵泡和黃體減少,但與空白組比較,無(wú)顯著差異�？瞻捉M睪丸和附睪組織結(jié)構(gòu)正常。其他實(shí)驗(yàn)組睪丸組織結(jié)構(gòu)稍疏松,細(xì)胞數(shù)量減小,并無(wú)其它明顯的形態(tài)學(xué)改變；附睪管內(nèi)有精子團(tuán),管內(nèi)精子較空白組少,未見(jiàn)其它明顯形態(tài)學(xué)改變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of fermented lactic acid bacteria on the morphological structure of reproductive organs in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank group, hyperlipidemia group, prophylaxis group and prophylaxis group. There were 310 rats in hyperlipidemia group and 64 rats in other groups. The blank group was given common diet, the high fat group and the prevention 1 fen 2N 3 group were given high fat diet, and the control group was given intragastric administration of fermented lactic acid bacteria (lactic acid bacteria) at the same time. Two weeks later, 16 rats in each group were selected, fasting for 12 hours, blood collection and death. The results showed that the serum HDL-C of the high fat group was significantly lower than that of the blank group, the difference was significant (p 0.05), and the LDL-C of Cho was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was extremely significant compared with the blank group, which indicated that the model was successful. The rats in hyperlipidemia group were randomly divided into three groups: hyperlipidemia group, drug group, general diet group and treatment group. The blank group and the general diet group were given basic diet, while the other groups were given high fat diet, while group 1 was treated with fermented lactic acid bacteria (strain 1), group 2 with fermented lactic acid bacteria (strain 2) and group 3 with the same amount of mixed bacteria of strain 1 and 2. The drug group was fed with simvastatin. A period of 30 days, a total of 3 cycles. Sixteen rats (half male and half female) were randomly selected for each cycle. The changes of uterus, ovary, testis and epididymis were observed and the relative indexes were measured. Results: the model of hyperlipidemia in SD rats was established successfully. In hyperlipidemia group, endometrial thickening, primary follicle, secondary follicle, mature follicle and corpus luteum decreased significantly. The thickening rate of endometrium in the drug group was slower than that in the hyperlipidemia group. The primary follicles, secondary follicles, mature follicles and corpus luteum of rats in common diet group, prevention group, treatment group and drug group were decreased, but there was no significant difference compared with the blank group. The structure of testis and epididymis in blank group was normal. In other experimental groups, the structure of testis was a little loose, the number of cells decreased, and there were no other obvious morphological changes in the epididymal tubules, there were spermatozoa in the epididymal ducts, and there were fewer sperm in the tubules than in the blank group.
