【摘要】：目的:觀察中藥通痹方熏蒸療法對(duì)2型糖尿病下肢血管病變的臨床療效,為臨床辨證治療提供方便可行的治療依據(jù)。方法:將60例2型糖尿病下肢血管病變?cè)\斷的患者按1:1的比例隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。所有受試者接受治療時(shí)均進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)治療(糖尿病知識(shí)普及、糖尿病飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)療法、降糖藥物治療),對(duì)照組進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)治療加普通溫水熏蒸治療,治療組在基礎(chǔ)治療的同時(shí)加用中藥通痹方熏蒸治療。觀察時(shí)間為6周。治療前后監(jiān)測(cè)患者的臨床癥狀積分、血糖、血脂以及踝肱比值(ABI指數(shù)),檢測(cè)肝腎功能及血常規(guī)。結(jié)果:1.治療組中醫(yī)癥狀改善較治療前有明顯改善(P0.05),治療后兩組間比較有差異性(P0.05)。治療組綜合療效總有效率為90.00%,對(duì)照組為53.33%,兩組間比較有差異性(P0.05)。2.兩組在降低血糖、糖化血紅蛋白方面均有較好的療效,治療前后比較有顯著差異(P0.05),但組間比較無差異性(P0.05)。3.通痹方熏蒸法在降低膽固醇、甘油三酯,改善踝肱比(ABI)方面都有較好的療效,組間比較有差異性(P0.05)。4.治療前后兩組肝腎功能及血常規(guī)無差異,組間比較無差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:運(yùn)用通痹方熏蒸療法治療2型糖尿病下肢血管病變緩解了臨床癥狀,改善ABI指數(shù),臨床效果顯著。治療過程中用藥安全,無不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Tongbi prescription fumigation on vascular disease of lower extremity of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide convenient and feasible treatment basis for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All subjects were treated with basic treatment (diabetes knowledge popularization, diabetes diet, exercise therapy, hypoglycemic drug therapy, control group, basic treatment plus general warm water fumigation, The treatment group was treated by fumigation with Tongbi prescription in addition to basic treatment. The observation time was 6 weeks. The clinical symptom score, blood glucose, blood lipid and ankle-brachial ratio were monitored before and after treatment, and the liver and kidney function and blood routine were detected. The result is 1: 1. The improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that before treatment (P 0.05), and the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant (P 0.05). The total effective rate was 90.00g in the treatment group and 53.33g in the control group. There was a difference between the two groups. The two groups had better curative effect in reducing blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, but there was no difference between the two groups. Tongbi recipe fumigation method in reducing cholesterol, triglyceride, improve the ankle-brachial ratio of ABI) has a better effect, there is a difference between the groups, P0.05. 4. There was no difference in liver and kidney function and blood routine between the two groups before and after treatment, but there was no difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: Tongbi prescription fumigation therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the ABI index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. In the course of treatment, drug use is safe and no adverse reactions occur, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
