【摘要】：隨著人們對(duì)男性健康意識(shí)的提高和超聲影像技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,臨床上對(duì)睪丸微石癥的認(rèn)識(shí)正日益加深。本文就睪丸微石癥的概述、病因與發(fā)病機(jī)制、影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)、對(duì)男性生殖功能的影響、與睪丸腫瘤及其他相關(guān)疾病之間的關(guān)系以及治療、隨訪等方面,將近年來(lái)的研究成果作一總結(jié)。由于睪丸微結(jié)石癥與男性不育、睪丸腫瘤以及身體其他疾病相關(guān),病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制缺乏深入細(xì)致的研究,且尚無(wú)特效的治療方法,仍需要進(jìn)行充分的探討,目前研究成果可為臨床進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)和診治該病提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of men's health awareness and the development of ultrasound imaging technology, the clinical understanding of testicular microlithiasis is deepening day by day. This article reviews the causes and pathogenesis of testicular microlithiasis, the imaging features, the effects on male reproductive function, the relationship between testicular microlithiasis and testicular neoplasms and other related diseases, as well as the treatment, follow-up and so on. The research results in recent years are summarized. As testicular microlithiasis is related to male infertility, testicular tumors and other diseases of the body, the etiology and pathogenesis are not well studied, and there is no effective treatment. The present research results can provide some reference for further understanding and diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
