【摘要】：正先證者.男,35歲。因眼瞼出現(xiàn)黃色斑疹5年,于2015年10月就診�；颊�5年前右上眼瞼出現(xiàn)粟粒大黃色丘疹,無(wú)自覺(jué)癥狀。近1年丘疹逐漸增大,同時(shí)左上眼瞼亦出現(xiàn)類似皮損,遂來(lái)我院就診�；颊�8年前發(fā)現(xiàn)"血脂增高及冠心病"并行"冠狀動(dòng)脈支架植入術(shù)"。體格檢查:一般情況好,發(fā)育正常,營(yíng)養(yǎng)良好,各系統(tǒng)檢查無(wú)異常。皮膚科檢查:右側(cè)上眼瞼一約蠶豆大淡黃色斑疹,左上眼瞼一綠豆大淡黃色丘疹,邊界清楚(圖
[Abstract]:Proband. The man is 35 years old. Due to eyelid yellow rash for 5 years, in October 2015. The patient developed miliary yellow papules 5 years ago on the right upper eyelid without conscious symptoms. In the past year, papules gradually increased, at the same time the left upper eyelid also appeared similar lesions, and came to our hospital. Patients were found 8 years ago "hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease" and "coronary stent implantation." Physical examination: generally good, normal development, good nutrition, no abnormal system examination.
