【摘要】：二甲雙胍作為糖尿病一線治療用藥,使用廣泛。但在實際臨床使用中,二甲雙胍的療效和不良反應均存在個體差異,這可能與患者的遺傳背景有關。研究參與二甲雙胍的吸收、轉運、攝取、排泄過程的相關基因多態(tài)性,與藥物代謝和療效多樣性之間關系的藥物基因組學,成為目前研究的熱點。藥物基因組學也是精準醫(yī)學的理論基礎之一。本文就二甲雙胍治療T2DM的藥物基因組學研究進展進行文獻綜述。
[Abstract]:Metformin is widely used as a first-line treatment for diabetes.However, there are individual differences in the efficacy and adverse reactions of metformin in clinical use, which may be related to the genetic background of the patients.The study of the genetic polymorphism involved in metformin absorption, transport, uptake and excretion, and its relationship with drug metabolism and therapeutic diversity, has become a hot topic.Pharmacogenomics is also one of the theoretical bases of precision medicine.This article reviews the advances in pharmacogenomics of metformin in the treatment of T2DM.
