【摘要】：目的調(diào)查女性人群年齡相關(guān)的股骨頸幾何參數(shù)(FNGPs)和建立FNGPs參考數(shù)據(jù)庫。方法女性健康志愿者5478名(年齡10~91歲),采用DXA骨密度儀測量受試者FNGPs,包括股骨頸外周直徑(OD)、橫截面積(CSA)、皮質(zhì)厚度(CT)、內(nèi)皮質(zhì)直徑(ED)、抗曲比率(BR)、截面系數(shù)(SM)、截面轉(zhuǎn)動慣量(CSMI)和抗壓強度指數(shù)(CSI),并分析其隨年齡的變化關(guān)系。結(jié)果各種FNGPs隨年齡的分布趨勢均采用三次回歸模型擬合優(yōu)度最佳,擬合曲線方程的決定系數(shù)均有顯著性意義(R2=0.047~0.344,均P=0.000),但它們的散點分布趨勢隨指標而不同,其中CSA、CT、SM、CSMI和CSI在35歲之前隨年齡而增加,之后隨年齡增加而逐漸下降;只有BR約在40歲之后則隨年齡而快速增加。調(diào)整年齡之后,身高、體重和BMI與股骨頸OD、CSA、CT、ED、SM和CSMI呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.043~0.546,均P=0.002~0.000),BR和CSI則與身高、體重和BMI呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.057至-0.387,均P=0.000)。結(jié)論本研究建立的女性人群FNGPs參考數(shù)據(jù)庫,將為臨床評價和預測女性股骨頸骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折風險提供可靠的參考值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the age-related femoral neck geometric parameters of female population and establish FNGPs reference database.Methods 5478 healthy female volunteers (10 ~ 91 years old) were measured by DXA absorptiometry, including femoral neck circumference, cross sectional area, cortical thickness, cortical diameter, internal cortical diameter, anti-curvature ratio, cross section coefficient and cross section rotation.The moment of inertia (CSMI) and the compressive strength index (CSI) are analyzed and their relationship with age is analyzed.Results the distribution trend of FNGPs with age was the best with cubic regression model, and the determining coefficient of fitting curve equation was significant (P < 0. 047), P < 0. 0000.000, but the distribution trend of scattered point was different with the index.CSMI and CSI increased with age before 35 years old, then decreased gradually with age, but Br increased rapidly with age after 40 years old.After adjusting for age, there was a significant positive correlation between height, weight and BMI and CSMI. There was a significant positive correlation between SM and CSMI. There was a negative correlation between height, weight and BMI, and there was a negative correlation between height, weight and BMI (P 0.000).Conclusion the FNGPs reference database of female population established in this study will provide a reliable reference value for clinical evaluation and prediction of female femoral neck osteoporotic fracture risk.
