【摘要】：目的探索農(nóng)村社區(qū)早發(fā)2型糖尿病影響因素。方法 2012年6—12月,在浙江省玉環(huán)縣隨機(jī)整群抽取的3個(gè)農(nóng)村社區(qū)居民中開展了玉環(huán)成年人糖尿病隊(duì)列基線調(diào)查,選取其中的1695例新診斷2型糖尿病患者為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)診斷年齡是否大于40歲分為早發(fā)2型糖尿病和遲發(fā)2型糖尿病,比較不同特征的診斷年齡,并用Logistic回歸分析早發(fā)2型糖尿病發(fā)生的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果在1695例新診斷2型糖尿病中,5.0%(85例)為早發(fā)2型糖尿病,47.3%為男性,平均診斷年齡為(60.39±12.49)歲。男性、初中及以上文化程度、家庭人均月收入≥2000元、從事輕體力活動(dòng)職業(yè)、吸煙、飲酒、超重和有糖尿病家族史的患者診斷年齡較低,參加規(guī)律體育鍛煉(62.52歲vs 59.93歲)的2型糖尿病診斷年齡較高。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,在校正其他因素后,與遲發(fā)2型糖尿病相比,初中及以上文化程度(OR=6.62,95%CI 3.87~11.32)、家庭人均月收入≥2000元(OR=6.60,95%CI 3.32~13.12)、規(guī)律體育鍛煉(OR=0.37,95%CI 0.17~0.80)是早發(fā)2型糖尿病發(fā)生的獨(dú)立相關(guān)因素。結(jié)論文化程度、家庭人均月收入、規(guī)律體育鍛煉與玉環(huán)縣農(nóng)村社區(qū)居民早發(fā)2型糖尿病密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of early onset type 2 diabetes in rural communities.Methods from June to December 2012, a baseline survey of adult diabetes mellitus cohort in Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province, was carried out in 3 rural community residents randomly selected as subjects. Among them, 1695 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were selected as subjects.Early type 2 diabetes mellitus and late type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into early onset type 2 diabetes mellitus and late type 2 diabetes mellitus according to the age of diagnosis. The age of diagnosis was compared and the related factors of early onset type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results among the 1695 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients, 85 cases were diagnosed as premature type 2 diabetes mellitus (47.3%).
