【摘要】：目的研究并比較不同血尿酸濃度患者行踝關(guān)節(jié)融合術(shù)后融合部位骨密度,探討高尿酸血癥對踝關(guān)節(jié)融合術(shù)后融合部位骨密度的影響。方法選取踝關(guān)節(jié)融合術(shù)后患者60名,按照不同血尿酸濃度分組,術(shù)后24 h、1、2、4、8、12 w檢測融合部位骨密度值。多組間比較采用ANOVA檢驗(yàn),兩兩組間比較采用LSD分析血尿酸濃度與融合部位骨密度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果融合部位骨密度值在低濃度組和高濃度組隨時(shí)間降低,低濃度組和高濃度組的融合部位骨密度BMD值均顯著低于對照組(P0.05),且高濃度組的融合部位骨密度T值均顯著低于低濃度組(P0.05)。結(jié)論踝關(guān)節(jié)融合術(shù)后患者合并血尿酸增高,會造成融合部位骨質(zhì)密度降低,對踝關(guān)節(jié)融合可能造成不利影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and compare the bone mineral density (BMD) of fusion site of ankle fusion in patients with different concentrations of uric acid, and to explore the effect of hyperuricemia on bone mineral density (BMD) of fusion site after ankle fusion. Bone mineral density (BMD) of fusion site was measured at 24 hours after operation according to different concentration of uric acid. ANOVA test was used to compare the bone mineral density of fusion site. LSD was used to analyze the relationship between the concentration of uric acid and the bone mineral density of fusion site. Results the BMD of fusion site decreased with time in low concentration group and high concentration group. The BMD values of fusion site in low concentration group and high concentration group were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.05), and the T value of fusion site in high concentration group were significantly lower than that in low concentration group (P 0.05). Lower bone density at fusion site may have adverse effects on ankle fusion.
