【摘要】：目的:研究高敏C反應蛋白(hs CRP)及白蛋白(Alb)比值(hs CRP/Alb)在系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)患者預后評估中的作用。方法:選取2011年1月-2016年1月期間本院收治的126例SLE患者,收集患者臨床資料:包括治療前后的SLE疾病活動指數評分(SLEDAI)、hs CRP和Alb水平及治療過程中并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況,分析hs CRP和Alb比值與治療后SLEDAI及并發(fā)癥的相關性。所有患者出院后均接受隨訪,分析患者預后的相關因素。結果:治療后10-14分患者的hs CRP/Alb比值高于5-9分者及0-4分者,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。hs CRP/Alb比值與患者的感染(r=0.574),腎臟損害(r=0.499)及心臟損害(r=0.516)的發(fā)生呈正相關(P0.05),與血液系統(tǒng)損害、中樞神經系統(tǒng)損害及肺損害的發(fā)生無顯著相關性(P0.05)。治療后SLEDAI≥10、hs CRP/Alb≥0.05 mg/g及住院期間并發(fā)癥是患者預后的相關因素(P0.05)。結論:hs CRP/Alb與SLE患者的預后具有一定的相關性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the prognostic value of Gao Min C-reactive protein hs CRP and Alb / Alb ratio in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: 126 patients with SLE were selected from January 2011 to January 2016. To collect the clinical data of the patients: including the SLE disease activity index scores before and after treatment, the levels of CRP and Alb of SLEDAIHs and the occurrence of complications during the treatment. To analyze the correlation between hs CRP and Alb ratio, SLEDAI and complications after treatment. All the patients were followed up after discharge, and the prognostic factors were analyzed. Results: the hs CRP/Alb ratio of patients with 10-14 points after treatment was higher than that of patients with 5-9 points and 0-4 points. There was a positive correlation between the ratio of P0.05hs CRP/Alb and the incidence of blood system damage, and the incidence of renal damage, renal injury, and cardiac damage were positively correlated with the incidence of blood system damage, and there was a positive correlation between the ratio of P0.05hs CRP/Alb and the incidence of blood system damage.
