【摘要】：通過檢測類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者外周嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞的活化情況,分析其活化與RA發(fā)病的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步闡明RA的發(fā)病機制。流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測正常對照組和RA患者組外周嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞的活化情況及其表達(dá)炎癥因子和歸巢受體的情況。結(jié)果顯示,RA患者外周嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞表達(dá)活化標(biāo)志物CD203c的水平顯著高于正常對照組(P0.05)。RA患者外周表達(dá)IL-4、IL-6和IL-13的嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞比例以及CD62L和CCR7表達(dá)水平均顯著高于正常對照組(均P0.05)。RA患者外周嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞處于高度活化狀態(tài),并表達(dá)高水平的炎癥因子和歸巢受體,提示其活化后可能趨化至局部,進(jìn)而參與RA的發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:By detecting the activation of peripheral basophil in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, the relationship between the activation and the pathogenesis of RA was analyzed. Flow cytometry was used to detect the activation of peripheral basophils and the expression of inflammatory factors and homing receptors in peripheral eosinophils in normal controls and RA patients. The level of CD203c, the activation marker of granulocyte expression, was significantly higher than that of the peripheral eosinophil expression of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-13, and the expression of CD62L and CCR7 in peripheral peripheral eosinophils of patients with RA (P0.05. 0. 05%, all P 0. 05. 0. 05). The peripheral eosinophils in RA patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls. Alkaline granulocytes are highly activated, The expression of high levels of inflammatory factors and homing receptors suggests that they may converge to local level after activation, and then participate in the pathogenesis of RA.
