【摘要】：目的了解中越邊境地區(qū)-寧明縣靜脈吸毒、暗娼、孕(產(chǎn))婦三類人群艾滋病知識(shí)水平、相關(guān)行為特征及艾滋病病毒感染情況,為今后艾滋病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)全國(guó)哨點(diǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)施方案的要求,對(duì)三類人群進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和血清艾滋病病毒、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 2011-2013年共監(jiān)測(cè)靜脈吸毒者944人,艾滋病病毒陽(yáng)性率10.49%,梅毒陽(yáng)性率17.27%,丙型肝炎病毒陽(yáng)性率71.4%,艾滋病知曉率88.03%,47.67%曾共用注射器吸毒,42.58%最近1次商業(yè)性行為不使用安全套。共監(jiān)測(cè)暗娼1 202人,艾滋病病毒陽(yáng)性率1.58%,梅毒陽(yáng)性率9.48%,丙型肝炎病毒陽(yáng)性率2.7%,87.02%最近一次與固定性伴性行為不使用安全套,最近一次商業(yè)性行為使用安全套率中國(guó)籍95.49%高于越南籍78.26%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,艾滋病知曉率中國(guó)籍98.56%高于越南籍86.57%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。共監(jiān)測(cè)孕(產(chǎn))婦1 200人,艾滋病病毒陽(yáng)性率0.5%,梅毒陽(yáng)性率0.83%,HCV丙型肝炎病毒陽(yáng)性率0.25%,艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率75.83%。結(jié)論寧明縣靜脈吸毒和暗娼人群艾滋病性病感染率高,高危行為普遍,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)其行為干預(yù),特別是注重越南籍暗娼干預(yù),同時(shí)應(yīng)開(kāi)展阻斷母嬰傳播,控制艾滋病的流行蔓延。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the AIDS knowledge level, related behavior characteristics and HIV infection among intravenous drug users, prostitutes and pregnant women in Ningming County, the border area between China and Vietnam. Methods according to the requirements of the national sentinel surveillance and implementation program, questionnaires and serum HIV / syphilis were conducted among three groups of people. Results 944 intravenous drug users were monitored in 2011-2013. The positive rate of HIV was 10.49, the positive rate of syphilis was 17.27, the positive rate of hepatitis C virus was 71.4 and the awareness rate of AIDS was 88.03% and 47.67%, 42.58% had shared syringe and drug abuse, 42.58% had not used condoms in the last commercial sex. A total of 1 202 prostitutes were monitored. The positive rate of HIV and syphilis was 1.58 and 9.48 respectively. The positive rate of hepatitis C virus was 2.7% and 87.02% respectively. The rate of condom use in Chinese was 95.49% higher than that in Vietnamese 78.26 recently, the difference was statistically significant. The awareness rate of AIDS in Chinese was 98.56% higher than that in Vietnamese 86.57, the difference was statistically significant. 1 200 pregnant (parturient) women were monitored. The positive rate of HIV was 0.5 and that of syphilis was 0.25. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 75.833.Conclusion the HIV infection rate of intravenous drug users and prostitutes in Ningming County is high, and high-risk behaviors are common, so we should strengthen their behavioral intervention. Especially pay attention to the intervention of Vietnamese prostitutes, at the same time should carry out to block mother-to-child transmission, control the spread of AIDS epidemic.
