【摘要】：目的:檢測(cè)多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者妊娠母血及臍血中胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子-1(IGF-1)水平,判定IGF-1與PCOS患者妊娠結(jié)局的關(guān)系,探討IGF-1是否可作為PCOS妊娠患者診斷標(biāo)記物。方法:收集2012年1月至2013年12月本院120例PCOS患者妊娠母血及臍血作為PCOS組,同期收集無(wú)PCOS史120例的正常孕產(chǎn)婦妊娠母血及臍血作為對(duì)照組,ELISA法檢測(cè)IGF-1水平,并對(duì)兩組患者不同妊娠結(jié)局進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:PCOS組妊娠母血及臍血中IGF-1的水平均顯著上升,與對(duì)照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。PCOS組患者妊娠結(jié)局死胎、早產(chǎn)、巨大兒發(fā)生率均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05):PCOS組所有妊娠結(jié)局不良患者妊娠母血及臍血中IGF-1均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:IGF-1可作為PCOS患者妊娠結(jié)局風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè)標(biāo)記物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and insulin-like growth factor -1 in patients with pregnancy in maternal and umbilical cord blood (IGF-1) level, to determine the relationship between IGF-1 and pregnancy outcomes in patients with PCOS, to investigate whether IGF-1 can be used as a diagnostic marker of pregnancy in patients with PCOS. Methods: from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital 120 cases of PCOS patients with pregnancy in maternal blood as the PCOS group and umbilical cord blood collected during the same period, 120 cases of normal pregnant women without PCOS history of pregnancy, maternal and umbilical cord blood as control group, to detect the level of IGF-1 ELISA, and the two groups of patients with different pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. Results: IGF-1 PCOS group of pregnancy in maternal and umbilical cord blood levels were significantly increased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) in.PCOS group the pregnancy outcome in patients with stillbirth, premature birth, macrosomia rate were significantly higher than control group (P0.05): PCOS group all adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy in maternal and umbilical cord blood IGF-1 were significantly It was higher than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: IGF-1 can be used as a marker for predicting the risk of pregnancy outcome in patients with PCOS.
