【摘要】：目的:研究循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)2型糖尿病婦女心肺適能及血流介導(dǎo)的血管舒張功能(FMD)的影響,探討循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)2型糖尿病患者心血管功能的影響及機(jī)制。方法:8例2型糖尿病婦女進(jìn)行12周的循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練,采用超聲技術(shù)測(cè)試受試者循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練前、后的血流介導(dǎo)血管舒張功能,采用Astrand-Ryhnuiy列線圖法間接推測(cè)受試者最大攝氧量,并對(duì)血清脂代謝指標(biāo)和血清白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6),C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)的水平進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。同時(shí)將8例同年齡段、健康非糖尿病婦女作為正常對(duì)照組。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過(guò)12周循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練后,糖尿病婦女的體脂率(30.42%±1.80%vs 28.10%±1.50%)、糖化血紅蛋白(7.31%±0.70%vs 6.88%±0.76%)等顯著下降(P0.05),同時(shí),FMD(7.32%±1.29%vs 9.37%±0.89%)顯著增加(P0.05),最大攝氧量([1.73±0.22)L/min vs(2.10±0.32)L/min]顯著增加(P0.05),IL-6([0.78±0.13)ng/L vs(0.40±0.15)ng/L]、CRP([9.97±0.96)mg/L vs(7.32±1.02)mg/L]水平顯著降低(P0.05)。所有受試者的FMD增加的程度與最大攝氧量增加程度、血清IL-6和CRP降低的程度呈顯著正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練能改善糖尿病婦女血流介導(dǎo)的血管舒張功能,循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練改善心血管功能的機(jī)制與心肺適能的提高及炎癥水平的降低有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of circulatory exercise training on cardiopulmonary fitness and blood flow mediated vasodilation function (FMDs) in type 2 diabetic women. To explore the effect and mechanism of circulatory exercise training on cardiovascular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) methods eight women with type 2 diabetes underwent 12 weeks of circulatory exercise training. The vasodilation function was mediated by blood flow. The maximal oxygen uptake was estimated indirectly by Astrand-Ryhnuiy method, and the serum lipid metabolism index and serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) -reactive protein (IL-6) -reactive protein (IL-6) level were measured in 8 patients of the same age group. Healthy non-diabetic women served as normal control group. Results: after 12 weeks of cyclic exercise training, The body fat rate of diabetic women was 30.42% 鹵1.80% vs 28.10% 鹵1.50%, the saccharified hemoglobin 7.31% 鹵0.70% vs 6.88% 鹵0.76g / L significantly decreased P0.05, while FMD7.32% 鹵1.29 vs 9.37% 鹵0.89 increased P0.055.The maximal oxygen uptake ([1.73 鹵0.22 vs(2.10 鹵0.32hl / min] increased significantly ([0.78 鹵0.13ngL vs(0.40 鹵0.15ngL] CRP (9.97 鹵0.96mgL 鹵vs(7.32 1.02mg / L). The degree of increase in oxygen uptake, Conclusion: circulatory exercise training can improve blood flow mediated vasodilation function in diabetic women. The mechanism of circulatory exercise training in improving cardiovascular function is related to the increase of cardiopulmonary fitness and the decrease of inflammation level.
