【摘要】：目的:探討RoSCo評(píng)分系統(tǒng)和腹腔鏡腎部分切除手術(shù)術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的相關(guān)性。方法:回顧性研究2010~2015年127名行腹腔鏡腎部分切除手術(shù)患者的相關(guān)臨床指標(biāo)。通過(guò)所有患者術(shù)前病例資料給予RoSCo評(píng)分,根據(jù)該評(píng)分分為RoSCo低評(píng)分組(3~4分)、RoSCo中評(píng)分組(5~6分)、RoSCo高評(píng)分組(7~8分)。分別研究RoSCo評(píng)分和腹腔鏡腎部分切除手術(shù)術(shù)后并發(fā)癥Clavein評(píng)分、手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血、熱缺血時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:RoSCo評(píng)分和腹腔鏡腎部分切除術(shù)術(shù)后并發(fā)癥相關(guān)(P0.05),并且與單純RENAL評(píng)分相比較準(zhǔn)確性更高。同時(shí),術(shù)中出血、熱缺血時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、手術(shù)時(shí)間在RoSCo低、中、高組之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:RoSCo評(píng)分系統(tǒng)可以用于評(píng)估腹腔鏡腎部分切除術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的相關(guān)情況。RoSCo
