【摘要】：正目前文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道的陰莖透明細(xì)胞癌起源于皮膚附屬器的腺體。作者介紹了3例形態(tài)學(xué)獨(dú)特的陰莖腫瘤,該腫瘤具有明顯的透明細(xì)胞特點(diǎn),但并非起源于陰莖皮膚,而是起源于龜頭表面鱗狀上皮的黏膜組織。作者對(duì)其臨床及病理學(xué)特征進(jìn)行分析。免疫組化檢測(cè)GATA3及p16的表達(dá)。采用原位雜交法檢測(cè)3例陰莖透明細(xì)胞癌的HPV表達(dá)情況,其中1例全組織切片進(jìn)行聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)。患者年齡分別為52、88
[Abstract]:Clear cell carcinoma of the penis, as reported in the literature, originates from the gland of the skin appendage. Three cases of penile tumors with unique morphology were introduced. The tumor has obvious clear cell characteristics, but does not originate from penile skin, but from the mucous tissue of scaly epithelial tissue on the surface of glans. The clinical and pathological features were analyzed. The expression of GATA3 and p16 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of HPV in 3 cases of clear cell carcinoma of penis was detected by in situ hybridization, and 1 case of whole tissue section was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The ages of the patients were 52 and 88 respectively.
