【摘要】：目的探討供腎組織Remuzzi評(píng)分對(duì)移植腎功能恢復(fù)延遲(DGF)的預(yù)測(cè)作用。方法選擇擬接受腎移植手術(shù)的62例患者,術(shù)前供腎組織Remuzzi評(píng)分0~3分44例(低分組)、4~5分18例(高分組)18例,比較兩組移植腎DGF發(fā)生情況和術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月腎小球過(guò)濾率(e GFR)。結(jié)果低分組、高分組分別有10例(22.7%)、9例(50.0%)發(fā)生DGF,兩組移植腎DGF發(fā)生率比較P0.05。兩組術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月e GFR比較P均0.05。結(jié)論供腎組織Remuzzi評(píng)分高者移植后易發(fā)生移植腎DGF,供腎組織Remuzzi評(píng)分對(duì)移植腎DGF有一定預(yù)測(cè)作用。
