【摘要】：目的觀察鎳鈦記憶合金支架用于前列腺增生(BPH)伴尿潴留高�；颊叩男Ч７椒ㄟx擇BPH伴尿潴留高危患者514例,均不能實施腰椎麻醉或全身麻醉,于局麻下行鎳鈦記憶合金支架尿道置入;分別于術后3、6、12、24個月,行國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)、生活質量評分(QOL),檢查最大尿流率(Qmax)、殘余尿量(RUV)。結果患者均一次性成功置入支架,手術時間(4.27±1.40)min,導尿時間(1.53±0.74)d;術后出現(xiàn)血尿12例、尿路刺激征26例;與術前比較,術后各時點IPSS下降,QOL下降,Qmax水平升高,RUV減少,P均0.05。結論在麻醉條件限制下,鎳鈦記憶金網(wǎng)狀支架尿道置入可用于BPH伴尿潴留高�；颊叩闹委�。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of Ni-Ti memory alloy stent in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with high risk of urinary retention. Methods A total of 514 patients with high risk of BPH with urinary retention were selected. None of them could perform lumbar anesthesia or general anesthesia, and the nickel-titanium memory alloy stent was placed in the urethra under local anesthesia. At 3, 6, 12, 24 months after operation, the (Qmax), residual urine volume (RUV).) was examined by the International Prostate symptom score (IPSS), quality of Life score (QOL), and maximum urine flow rate (MRR). Results all patients were successfully placed stents at one time, the operation time was (4.27 鹵1.40) min, the time of catheterization was (1.53 鹵0.74) days, the postoperative hematuria occurred in 12 cases, and the urinary tract irritation in 26 cases. Compared with pre-operation, IPSS decreased, QOL decreased, Qmax increased and RUV decreased at all time points after operation (P < 0.05). Conclusion under the condition of anesthesia, Niti memory gold mesh stent can be used in the treatment of BPH patients with high risk of urinary retention.
