【摘要】：目的:檢測膀胱癌患者手術前后血清前梯度蛋白2(anterior gradient 2,AGR2)的水平變化,并探討其預后判斷價值。方法:采集廈門大學附屬成功醫(yī)院2013年6月至2015年12月40例行手術治療的膀胱癌患者(膀胱癌組)和20例健康體檢者(對照組)外周靜脈血,采用ELISA法檢測血清AGR2水平,分析血清AGR2水平與膀胱癌臨床病理特征及預后的關系。結果:膀胱癌組患者術前血清AGR2水平明顯高于正常對照組[(28.93±6.03)vs(10.20±3.76)ng/ml,P0.01],術后血清AGR2水平明顯低于手術前[(16.63±4.31)vs(28.93±6.03)ng/ml,P0.01〗;患者術前血清AGR2水平與臨床病理分期、淋巴結轉移有關(P0.05或P0.01),術前血清AGR227.9 ng/ml組中位患者PFS與OS均明顯低于≤27.9 ng/ml組(P0.05);COX模型多因素分析結果顯示,病理分期、淋巴結轉移以及不同AGR2水平是影響膀胱癌患者預后的獨立危險因素(P0.05)。結論:膀胱癌患者血清AGR2水平增高,其與膀胱癌的惡性生物學行為有關,術前檢測血清AGR2水平對于判斷膀胱癌患者預后有一定臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the changes of serum pregradient protein 2 (anterior gradient 2 AGR2 in patients with bladder cancer before and after operation, and to evaluate its prognostic value. Methods: peripheral venous blood samples were collected from 40 patients with bladder cancer (bladder cancer group) and 20 healthy persons (control group) from June 2013 to December 2015, and the serum AGR2 levels were measured by ELISA method. To analyze the relationship between serum AGR2 level and clinicopathological features and prognosis of bladder cancer.
